Platforms

Here, you can find all of your active content channels. To add a new content channel, click on the + New button. You can open each platform’s page to see only the content for this specific platform.

Schedule

Here you can build your weekly content schedule, so you know what content you need to post each day and be more consistent

Quick links

Here you can save any frequently used links related to your marketing and social media. To add a link, just paste it in the section and choose Paste as mention

Content notebook

Here you’ll find all of the content that you’ve created in multiple views, so you plan and manage your content with ease. You can switch between This month, All months, Status board, Pillars and a Calendar view. To show or hide (or re-order) specific properties, click the three dots and choose Properties

• This month - All the content for the current month, sorted in descending order
• All months - All of your content grouped by months
• Status board - All of your content in a kanban-style board, so you can easily track the progress of your content
• Pillars -All of your content grouped by content pillars
• Calendar -A monthly calendar view of all your content

• All views are sorter in descending order, i.e you’ll see the most recent content first

Content bank

Here you’ll find all of your content ideas, grouped by content pillars. This is a view of your Content notebook, which shows you only the content with status Idea. Click the button Use content idea to quickly move the content idea from Idea to Ready to start

Year in a glance

Here you can build your marketing calendar for the year - add all of the important events like launches, sales campaigns and promotions, collaborations, holidays etc., so you can plan your content ahead and make sure your content is aligned with what’s coming up for your and your business
